Vaccines work.

The MRNA vaccines stopped infections against the original variant till June of 2021 until the Delta variant could evade them to a degree. Booster shots took care of that until Omicron which could evade them even more but not enough to kill. There was not enough reason for an Omicron specific vaccine since it did not kill the vaccinated, but only infected some who survived without hospitalization either. The immune compromised and some others with issues were more vulnerable. Those are the facts.

No one in the geriatric Congress died, and many were infected. Biden’s white house infections were not an issue either. Vaccines WORK(ED).

Queen Elizabeth II, who was diagnosed with COVID-19 on Feb. 20, conducted her first in-person engagement since she came down with the infection, meeting Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Monday at her home, Windsor Castle. Trudeau, who is in the U.K. for talks on the war in Ukraine, clasped the monarch’s hands in greeting. The appearance will help allay growing concerns about Her Majesty’s health. The queen, who turns 96 next month, recently admitted to having mobility issues, telling a visitor, “I can’t move,” as she pointed at her foot.
