WHOA there, fella! Let's not get out over your skis and fall into la-la land. Then, you might need to get shot with something else, entirely.

I just slept from 9 p.m. until 4: 30 a.m. - the most uninterrupted sleep I've had in many, many years. In fact, my sleep has rarely lasted more than 3 hours. The improvement is a result of the injection the doc gave me - something that most people produce naturally, a pituitary/hypothalamus hormone called ADH. That, in turn, kept me from feeling dehydrated, reduced inflammation in my arms and legs, stopped my eyes, lips and tongue from drying out, and apparently improved my digestion. I expect there are going to be other positives: It might end my migraines, improve my concentration, make my skin less dry, reduce muscle and joint pain, improve my eyesight. Maybe it'll make it easier to lose weight. I could wind up being more tolerant of clo and other idiots... I dunno. (Hey, maybe you guys have the same disease!) I'm just thinking of all the chronic, progressing issues I've developed as I've aged and am wondering how many of them are side effects of kidneys that weren't working right.

I only received the one shot but I gather that soon, maybe next week, they'll be prescribing ADH as a pill or nasal spray that I take daily.

This probably sounds like a little thing to you guys, but it's going to make a big difference in how I feel. It already seems to be reversing the progressing, undiagnosed problems I've experienced for 20+ years. The disease is rare, as shown below, and my previous doctors didn't have a clue what it might be. The nurse who administered yesterday's test told me that she only gives it once every two months and that her patients don't often test positive. I did - though the lab won't confirm it 'til Monday. The final charitable donation I submitted yesterday, given an hour after the receiving the ADH, was significantly reduced in quantity and visibly more concentrated than what I'd been submitting until that time.

The doc told me that he'll be contacting me Tuesday. The next step could be an MRI of my head, just to make sure I don't have a tumor or lesion causing this. It's been going on for so long, though, that such an abnormality strikes me as unlikely. Here's a little more:
