Well, when it comes to misspeaking ... the difference between Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton more often than not comes down to ... Joe Biden is so vacuous that he doesn't even realize he is misspeaking ... but with Hillary Clinton, she does it intentionally.

Ah, but unlike with Hillary, it is extremely easy to believe that Joe Biden might misspeak. In fact, it's a bit of a stretch to imagine him NOT misspeaking. In fact, he could be misspeaking when he says he misspeaks. Probably is, in fact.
