I'd like more details before I stress too much. You are not saying this was included in the legislation already passed, right? If it is upcoming, I don't think there's much chance that a few Dems won't refuse to go along with it -- Pelosi alone I would expect to be a resounding "no"! Actually, this would hammer Democrat supporters probably far more than Republican.

Legislation which could be up for vote in a matter of a few weeks includes (1) ALL employees in ALL companies must be current on vaccines (at least that is how it is presented in the video). (2) children as young as 12 can 'decide' to not get parental permission to get a vaccine.
As I said, if you are lucky enough to not be in California, you may think you are safe from this. History says you are probably fooling yourself in the longer run.
