I'm surprised they haven't yet claimed Biden had tongue cancer, as an excuse to cut off his tongue. With his tongue would much of the dung..err...dumb.

Instead of his trying to READ from a script, they could just hand out the script and say that Biden wrote it; or that he wrote it with the help of "Dr" Jill.

I don't know, but they could surely come up with something less farcical than this!
