...maybe they could put a loudspeaker in his covid mask and just tell him to walk around patting children on the butt and sniffing their hair and that somebody else would be in charge of all the talking.

I'm surprised they haven't yet claimed Biden had tongue cancer, as an excuse to cut off his tongue. With his tongue would much of the dung..err...dumb.

Instead of his trying to READ from a script, they could just hand out the script and say that Biden wrote it; or that he wrote it with the help of "Dr" Jill.

I don't know, but they could surely come up with something less farcical than this!
