At least 410 bodies of Ukrainian civilians have been recovered so far from towns around Kyiv as Russian forces retreat. Images of civilians lying dead, some with their hands bound behind their backs, in the streets of Bucha, a town near Kyiv, show what Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky described as genocide.
Over on the Fox pro-Putin propaganda network, Tucker Carlson has called the invasion of Ukraine “a border dispute,” cheerleading for Putin: “Has Putin ever called me a racist? Has he threatened to get me fired for disagreeing with him?”
Carlson has asked his viewers if Putin had promoted “racial discrimination” in schools, made fentanyl, attempted “to snuff out Christianity” or eaten dogs.
Huh.
Fat Mussolini described the Russian president as “smart,” “savvy” and a “genius” for sending military forces into Ukraine.
And republican voters like Putin more than president Biden: 95 percent of those who said they voted for Fat Mussolini in 2020 held an unfavorable view of Biden but only 78 percent said the same about Putin.
Finally, just 44 percent of republicans said it would be in the best interest of the U.S. to side with Ukraine.
