I am pretty sure our resident former policeman could tell us if someone belting someone else in the face is considered assault or battery and if the person's skin color matters one little bit....
Hmmmmmmm. That's a tough one for pea sized brains like hers but al;most none of us give a hoot about skin color and MANY black celebs did not like it either...
