Decomposed > FYI: The average person takes between 2,000 and 2,500 walking steps per mile. So, they're saying 3 miles. Per day. Are they nuts? Professional walkers might walk that much, but nobody else does.


For a while there my Mom was going to the botanical gardens four to six times a week - and walking three miles or so each time.

A nice enjoyable place to walk - could be done.
