In addition to the brief period when I lived in New York (ages 5 - 7), my company in Sacramento also had an office in New York. So I've known ad worked with many New Yorkers - and, I'll tell you, they're also incredibly vulgar. One who I knew well - a MANAGER no less - was ultimately fired because, after repeated warnings, he found it impossible to stop dropping F-bombs in front of his staff. Some of them didn't like it. They filed complaints. Axing him wasn't a quick process, but after numerous warnings and reprimands, they ultimately discharged him.

Then, I hear stories from my brother and sister-in-law, in Ft. Lauderdale. They're in a huge condo complex, and they've told me about the corruption in the condo association, and how it's the New Yorkers who are constantly causing problems and working the system for their own benefit.

They're despicable people.
