Just another example of the libtards' infantile perception of reality. In their fevered brainpans, it is always "Tails we win, heads you lose." Elections and "counting every vote" only matter if the libtard candidate wins. Otherwise, they want to arbitrarily change the rules.

...what ya have here is five people entering a lawsuit to keep a woman who was legally elected by a majority of voters in her district OFF THE BALLOT. They claim there is no procedure for disqualifying candidates. IMHO there certainly is such a procedure. It's called "an election". These folks (five of em) are trying to disqualify a candidate who got over 250,000 votes (74.6%) of the vote in the last election. Whatever happened to "COUNT EVERY VOTE"
