President Bidenâ€™s Earth Day events today included this idea for keeping Brazil from cutting down rainforests. At least thatâ€™s what we think Bidenâ€™s saying here:

It won't be popular because it is HYSTERICALLY STUPID on its face! Yeah, Joe ... let's just bankrupt our country so that Brazil won't cut down its rainforest ... at least they won't until our money runs out, that is.
