the Sherrif on t.v. telling citizens in his county that its okay to shoot someone breaking into your house and that saves money? It defintiely should send a signal to perps who thought they could get away with this stuff before this message. So the citizens can now defend themselves and protect their property without fear .
That to me was great.. I had the local Chief of police tell me a few years, well, decades, ago that if someone breaks into my home warn them first, and if I feel at all threatened kill them. Dead men tell no tales. Drag them back into the house if they make it outdoors and die there.
Yep. I don't know that the current crop of so called "law enforcement" feels about that but the adage that dead men don't talk is still true..
