I cannot verbalize how much I detest individuals, with a political bent making declarations of things that somehow supposedly an everyday part of al American people's lives and we are somehow oppressors to people we don't even know, in places we have never seen or been, in other states we have never set foot in, and spent a lifetime preaching and teaching about God's Love for one another as well as fighting next to and shedding blood with a brother who had a different skin color than my own..
I am but one of likely millions who can say this same thing..
The fifties, sixties and seventies are long gone.
My best friend in engineering group when I started nmy career was a black skinned man named Jim Scott. We remain friends thru this day. I am tired of being painted as a serial racist by loud mouths who haven't been alive long enough to know anything first hand.
OH, BTW here'a a question that never gets asked.
WHY is it that if one goes looking at Church congregations, you find entire Churches who describe thenmselves as BLACK CHURCHES with 100 percent of the people there black and mobody with any other skin color is wanted?????
The three large Chrches I know locally are predominantly caucasian with a fair amount of dark skinned american people attending also..
My favorite Preacher is BLACK.. Likely lots of others favorite as well. Dr. Tony Evans out of Dallas.. Who attended the same Bible College, Dallas Theological as many of the great Preachers have in this country..
So, I am simply fed up as being labeled by clowns who know nothing aboutthe people they simply broad brush as being racist and accuse us as a society of having that as sometype of built in credo..
They can kiss my grits and some other things as well.
