In its initial form of conception the Constitution and the government established in a young and growing nation was a great piece of limiting the power of government to not be a tyranny over people using the bad example of England and its tyrannical oppression over people.

Unfortunately over time individuals somehow get elected from their states with the intent of enriching themselves and families by hook or crook until we finally have eroded and bastardized what the Constitution originally looked like and WHY it was written as it was...

When we got away from people who actualy desired to serve in the congress voluntarily and part time and the n return to their homes, families and farms to go about their daily lives and earn their income NOT at TAXPAYERS expense, Pandoras box got opened wide and the downhill slide away from the original premise and ideals of the form of government which was founded with the costs of many lives of men who believed in freedom and gave their lives for that ideal.

Today we reap what has been sown because we left 'The OLD Paths" which were tried and worked.

If a person wants and desires to serve as a responsible member of his community as a congress person, they should do so without promises of lifetime elaborate pensions provided and exhorbitant salaries.

Stop becoming a financial burden on the people of America.. Do so for the love of service and let's eliminate Congress needing to be in session all year round.

Consider the OLD Paths and return to service based on love for country and its NOT your full time job or income producer..

THEN and only then will you begin to have different types of people stepping up to not be career politicians retiring with MILLIONS of dollars richer and of course there was never any influences from outside forces over them...

BY the way, Consider the Old Paths is Biblical in case you did not know.. So its GOD approved methodology that has been proven to work and effective....

just some musings for the morning.

I am tired from my business trips last two days . Lot of driving and not sleeping well. Need to catch up on my beauty rest...

Seriously, after posting my prior message, I got to thinking "Qui Bono"?

And the answer, of course, is: Many benefit from having a traitorous, smarmy, SENILE, "President of the United States" continue on and on and on and on. Maybe even "Four more years"?

China benefits.
Russia benefits.
Iran benefits.
Obama benefits.

Really the list goes on quite a ways. A lot of people hate the US a lot. And other clearly enough would benefit from our collapse to 2nd rate nation status.

And, sadly, a lot of that hate is - arguably - understandable, given all our proxy wars and stealing of the world's wealth for generations.

However, sad as the state of the US is, we REMAIN perhaps the best example of what minimal Republic government, with lots of checks and balances, could look like...did once look like...might -- again -- look like.
