According to Alito's wording in his 'draft' opinion, as well as past comments from people like Amy Coney Barrett, it's possible that the Court, as it's currently structured, could not only overturn same-sex marriage, they could also undo their ruling making anti-sodomy laws unconstitutional, in 'Lawrence v. Texas' (Justice Thomas wrote the dessenting opinion in that case) which would allow states to once again criminalize homosexual behavior.
And speaking of Amy Coney Barrett, she's also made it clear that she's opposed to the use of contraceptives, at least by females (condoms are OK because they prevent disease), as well as (IVF) In Vitro Fertilization.
And then there's the forces in the country who would like to see the courts overturn 'Brown v. Board of Education' and 'Loving v. Virginia', and with the current conservative make-up of the Court, this may be the last best chance that these people will ever have to take the country back to the 50's when people knew their place and stayed in it.
