...abortion is not mentioned in the Constitution and is therefore not a problem for the feds to become involved in. It is not one of the enumerated powers of the federal govt. It falls to the states to make this determination. This is the kind of thing that happens when the legislative branch punts their leftist ideologies over to an activist court. Sooner or later the bullshit comes unraveled.

Just a suggestion, clo, but Nancy & Chuckie (and you, too, for that matter) should probably consult with Joe Biden before getting too worked up about the proper implementation of the Tenth Amendment to The United States Constitution.

ZoltanHagirtay (@Torgo99) ~ In 1982, Joe Biden voted for a constitutional amendment that allowed individual states to bypass Roe vs. Wade.

Just a refresher for your benefit, clo ... the Tenth Amendment states, "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people." The Constitution does NOT address abortion ANYWHERE in the document; therefore, the deliberations of how to address the issue of abortion is to be handled by the states or the people, themselves - NOT the federal government.
