One deterrent is because that would be a direct violation of a court judgment and order that says you can't do that and so all the members who participated in the direct defiance of a Court decision will be subject to facing the Court which said basically "KNOCK IT OFF.
Sure, tehre can be exceptionally stupid plus arrogant SOB'S who might want to try to do it again. There always will be because leftists believe the LAWS and Courts are for other people, not them.
However, the ruling and Judgment issued is still in effect and there are consequences to violating a ruling by a Court regarding school board meetings.
Judges do not take kindly to having "commoners" think they are above their lawful ruling and thisbecomes a case now of who has real authority. Hint. It's not the school board members who blatantly defy a court decision that was TRIED and renedered..
I personally hope some idiot there in Virginia does try it though for the express purpose and eason that someone should be made a public spectacle of for the rest of the wannabe dictators on school boards to get a close look at what may well happen to them if they do not start obeying Laws and rulings by tose who really are in authority..
JMO but remember that parents and organized groups of them are not going to tolerate blatant in your face disregard of a legal ruling and let it slide..
