I noticed that Billy boy and his ilk are not stepping up and setting the example by volunteering to be killed himself. Imagine that. I guess if there was an uprising from the general population which was possibly armed and they came after those who tried to kkill them, their wives, and their children, which makes dads and husbands really angry, and maybe those political clowns and wannabe dictators may or may not survive which would be great news for the rest of teh world's everyday population...
