Friday my wife and I took our granddaughter to Columbus for a huge softball tournament. Her team and all the otehrs participating have players who are on a college women's softball team either year 1 or year 2.. So the talent competition pool is high..
We got back home after 1:00 a.m. driving through rain most of the way. Needless to say I did not much care for that part.

They won 2 games and tied 1 Friday. Saturday my daughter and son in law were home and took her up for the tournament to play three more games which they won all three.

So Today is the the day the teams that qualified for the tournament play for the title.

We just won the opening game 5-4 in 7 innings in a tie breaker. On to the next game which we can watch live streamed from home..

Great start to a new season of travel ball at a high level. Glad its the youngsters doing all the running and driving and spending all day and evening in Columbus and not me and my better half..

So we woke up this mornig and looked out fromt on our sidewalk to see a half eaten mouse left behind. Don;t know what got it but there was blood and internals all laying in a heap getting my sidewalk red..

Had to get that up and the scrub the sidewalk with concrete cleaner and hose it all down.. Don't know why my wife wouldn't pick up the mouse.... Laughing

I am awaiting results of an mri I had on Saturday morning early on my right foot. It is highly inflamed on the top and in the ankle joint. Hoping its not something like a partial tear of a tendon or ligament. If its all arthritis then maybe doc can clean it out.. It affects my ability to walk and use my right leg which my waling has not been good since the hip replacement.

Now wondering if we have an alignment issue caused by my ate out knee joint turning the lower leg outward when I step. Who knows.. I think a a solution might be to just remove the leg. These doctors are really starting to pizz me off as it seems nobody knows what the answer is and have no solutions and are not finding out why I still am having major issues walking..

Oh well. I don't have that much more time on earth anyway so maybe just have to wait...... grrrrrrr..
