I agree with most of what you said De. Now I can't say whether 'peak oil' is here or not . . . But I do know that President Trump demonstrated that these United States could produce enough oil to be a net oil exporter.

In other words, 'peak oil' has nothing to do with our problems. They are entirely the fault of the lying thieving traitorous treasonous demo-rats.

I would know how to define it for the United States between, say, 1948 and 2005. But, again, the answer is "no." The "good ol' days" aren't coming back. The three chief reasons, imo, are that the dollar is on the brink of collapse (yeah, I've been saying that for a long time, but this time I mean SOON), Americans no longer have traditional American values, and the '60s liberals... a bunch of America-hating psychotics... are in charge.

Even when I was young, I knew we'd be in for a world of hurt once the hippy generation and tree-huggers became America's leaders. That's happened. The chaos and pain they brought to the country when they were teenagers has now been amplified.
