Joe Biden is NOT a nice person and Never was. How you can tell is what he does in his current end of life disease which will eventually take his life, DEMENTIA or Alzheimer's, take your pick of the name.
He has convinced himself he is athe smartest person in every room over decades of charades and lying. He thinks he is all things to all people all the time.. And it comes out in his anger when he grasps that he is being questioned and his authority and leadership are in question..
IF you have gone down this slow and long painful path with a parent, you will recognize exactly what is going on and can even place him in the current Stage level of dementia.
WHY the Nation's DOCTORS of the POTUS do not decale him mentally incompetent and unfit for office is beyond me..

I saw too many of these anger outbursts from my own father. Later as he neared the end those left and he was pretty lost in his mind but no longer a raving lunatic like Joe Biden is now.. I have seen it up close and personal and it ain't pretty.
The question only is: WHEN is he bad enough to be declared unfit?
