Please keep in mind that Chief Justice Roberts did NOT vote with the majority to overturn 'Roe v. Wade'. He voted for the original case from Mississippi, which lowered the limit to 15 weeks. It was the rest of the Court that decided to make this a test case to overturn Roe. Talk about an activist Court enacting law where they were not asked to do so...
