And Justice Thomas claims to be such an 'originalist' in that every word, as written in the Constitution, is sacred and represents the thoughts of our Founding Fathers and we shouldn't be second guessing them or trying to put meaning to their words that was not what they had intended. As someone on another message board commented, "How does Justice Thomas feel about being considered only 3/5 of a person?"
And Justice Thomas has already announced that the Court is waiting for cases that will allow them to revisit past rulings which legalized contraception and same-sex marriage.
