AT&T sent us a new SIM card for our hotspot last week. It took a call to Netgear to get it working. We us it just for data along with our phone data.

We have Verizon phones that give us coverage up to about 7 miles offshore.

I’m going to order a Starlink satellite setup. Friends have them and it works perfect wherever they are on their boat

Today ATT discontinued 3G cellular lines so if your phone is not listed on on their approved list of phones that will work, You will need to replace your phone with one t hat is, unless you do not use ATT lines and are using CDMA or possibly T-Mobile gsm..

I had to replace my phone today. I am leaving on a trip tomorrow late morning.. I need a phone.. That really pizzes me off because my phone would also use 4G LTE lines but it wasn't good enough..

Anyway, I was just curious if anybody else ran into this like I did today... It sucks but I go another Samsung Galaxy phone that is alittle newer and does 5G.

I will need to adjust to it a little bit..
