Doing both at once is harder on the patient since they can't walk at all for a while. But some patients have the first surgery and then refuse to go through it again. Recovery from knee surgery is painful.

My sister-in-law did both at once. She's getting around just fine now. We climbed (okay, HIKED) a mountain together in 2019... five months prior to MY surgery!

I wil be anxious to learn from you later more details as I am facing that same surgery but have delayed it until next year sometime.

May I ask if you have knee trouble on BOTH knees or only on the one side?

Mine is on the right. Same as the Hip and also where all my arthritis in my low back is located as well as the low spine surgeries.. Not much going on the left side of my body.. Just curious if you have same thing going on...

It is weird.. The Lord Be with You and give you HIS peace and assurance that HE will guide the doctors.
