If we REALLY want to reduce America's carbon emissions, we need to go nuclear in a BIG way.
Go big-time nuclear and we could have all the Watts we need, at affordable prices with a high degree of reliability.
With of lots of nuclear generated watts other 'technologies' for fabricating oil and oil substitutes become more viable.
