That really appears to be true, but ... if Kamala ala Bimbo is being intentionally sabotaged by her speechwriter ... why can't she immediately recognize such word salad as she reads the teleprompter, as any person with an IQ above 60 should be able to do, and mitigate it on the fly? Answer: because Kamala is truly not very bright.
