I want equal rights for everyone IN THE EYES OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. Right now, I think you'll find that blacks, hispanics, homosexuals and women have advantages in Federal hiring and promoting. Same for publicly-funded-college admissions. Same for criminal sentencing. That isn't equal and should be unlawful.

Outside of government, anything goes. There is no constitutional right to equality nor should there be.
