After retrning from Franklin Park, IL last week on Thursday I began to have a cough and of course throat started to become a little more sore each day. Then I started coughing and spitting up yellowish brown crap out of my chest.
Three days ago I had a 14 alarm blaze going on in my throat and I have not seen my throat area look so dark bloody red in a very long time. I visited the doctor yesterday morning and they sent a nurse out to my car in a hazmat suit with a bunch of swabs. I talked with doc by phone video conference while there.
I know they are checking for covid but I doubt it is that. I think its more like bronchitis which would explain why I feel so ragged out and had to call the fire department to put out the fire in my throat.
So I am still waiting to hear from the doctor office about swab results from yesterday morning. They said the swab used for strept tested negative, although all Strept quick tests initially show negative and many show positive if they would just give a standard test instead of the quick version..
My opinion of medical doctors is ever going down hill as I believe many of them stopped thinking.
Anyway, I am sending a note to doc and going back to bed. I am very, very tired and worn down and I still have a 14 alarm fire in my throat.
It seems ya just can't get good help anywhere.
