I have Sars Cov-2 . Lab was adamant and they had two different swabs verify . Well, now I know what that feels like.. I think the normal daily mineral and vitamin regimine I do has helped with the symptoms but will now double down on the zinc, vitamin D,C,and magnesium.
A zinc throat lozenger should help with the blaze in my throat....
