I would not like wearing that either.. ANYTHING touching me when I try to sleep wakes me up. Yep. That includes miz micro...

I am glad you are making really good progress with that knee replacement.. You sound like you are doing great and I am glad for you..

Therapy is rough for a while after a major surgery but eventually muscles start to loosen and move.. But it is definitely no fun..

I am starting to come out of the grips of this virus. Throat has finally cleared up and I am left with a cough and sinus drainage. Still pretty tired also.. Otherwise, I am on the mend...

Body is still pretty weak though.. I noticed earlier today that if I move too much I get very light-headed and need to sit quickly. Don't know what that is about but figure its just remnanants from the virus..

I think by weekend I should be close to normal.. Well, for me.. I really need to travel next week but don;t know if its smart to or should just wait a bit.. I have clients waiting on me and new ones awaiting to meet with me for first time so I feel I can't wait too long to rehab.. I guess will play it one day at a time and hopefully after the weekend will gain strength back..

This was some interesting virus.. I just kept taking daily mega doses of my ZINC, D3, C, B6, and my multi vitamin. I think the ZINC killed off the raw throat..

Glad to be among the living again...

...stitches are out. They drained a coffee cup full of crap out of the knee whilst they wuz at it. No pain. Physical Therapy at the pro's place is down to twice a week and just for two more weeks. Mz ribit is depressed because she likes to go with me and watch me suffer. Gotta wear this fricken stocking during the day and a wrap at night
