>>>
Fascism : A system of government marked by centralization of authority under a dictator, a capitalist economy subject to stringent governmental controls, violent suppression of the opposition, and typically a policy of belligerent nationalism and racism.
>>>

Zim : Now this sounds a LOT like what
the demo-rats are trying to foist upon
U.S.

>>>
Left – Wing – Politics : Left-wing politics defines a broad spectrum of political beliefs with a few general commonalties. In most cases, the left wing of political ideology represents a belief in a strong central government, which uses its power to help create economic and social equality. People on the left-wing generally believe in taking income from from the wealthiest and redistributing it among the poorer part of the population.
>>>

Zim : Yeah. Our left wing friends pretend
to want to create economic and social equality . . .
But they do NOT want that to ever happen
because if it does they will lose their
reason(s) for 'needing' to control us for
their own good.

>>>
Conservatism : A political philosophy or attitude that emphasizes respect for traditional institutions and opposes the attempt to achieve social change though legislation or publicly funded programs.
>>>

I don't know if this is a good definition or not . . .
And I would like to hear others opinions on that.

I would definitely call myself a 'Conservative' under
that definition. And I would vehemently oppose using
legislation or 'public funding' to enact 'social change'.

'Social Change' . . . Let me see. How did America take several large steps to eradicate racism? Through the courts. More than a few court rulings struck down obviously racist laws to 'level the playing field'. And I think that was a good thing.

Then came 'affirmative action'. I think no more than a couple of decades of it might have done 'black America' a world of good - if black Americans had prepared themselves and were actually profiting from it. Instead we now have a fifty year old 'program' wasting a LOT of our resources trying to jam half witted semi-literate morons into prestigious universities . . . where they can not do the work, nor are they actually employable once they do 'graduate'.

I am certain that it is long past time to relegate the racist 'affirmative action' to the trash heap of history.

Zim.
