Welp, I actually was diagnosed and tested and told I had Sars Cov-2 . I believe it becasue I am still dragging my old sorry arse around and feel like I am awake but sleep walking mostly.. Yep, ya can;t make this stuff up.

I have no idea how I got this unless it was from the hotel In Franklin PArk, IL just on the south side of O'Hare airport.. And yes, its pretty nasty. My throat is still somewhat raw but better than it was.. I am about 40% energy level and need to take another nap..

That said, you mentioned Bronchitis.. I have had that weakness for all my life.. I am very prone to it and its next step, Pneumonia.. A lung weakness I have had since a small child. I have to get a pneumonia shot regularly and if I start hacking up junk from my chest I have to call my doctor immediately so we can head it off with antibiotics before it goes into pneumonia..

That is weakness, besides being very susceptible to mono-nucleosis. I have an medical ID card indicating I am a carrier and am not allowed to give blood for anyone else due to that..

So, I agree with you I am fortunate this has not gone off into Bronchitis although I was sure coughing like it and getting stuff up from my lungs..

I think I am past it but feel very tired and weak. So I am going to go get in my recliner and sleep awhile..

Just be happy you didn't get the original SARS-CoV-2 virus. It preferred the lungs to the esophagus. You might've hated that 12-alarm-fire in your throat but humans are at least equipped to deal with throat infections.

A friend of a friend... a fellow much younger than I am... died about ten years back of BRONCHITIS. (He was the biological father of actress Jessica Chastain.) Lung infections are just bad news.
