Evidence Ukraine Military Based Operations out of Civilian Areas as a Tactic

I already told you what I thought of Ukraine ethics as a whole. I also was surprised Russia invaded (although I understood some of the provocation which might explain why).

Now this Amnesty International Report paints a rather different picture on Russian shelling of what SEEMED to be civilian centers.

What if Ukraine deliberately and systematically occupied apartment buildings, schools, and hospitals to give some protection to base military operation? Evidence was found in 22/30 schools that the military was using civilian "human shields".

I'd still like to hear a lot more about those biolabs the Russians supposedly uncovered.
