Don't kid yourself that this is targeted against the 'Rich' or the corporations. It is against YOU and yours, most of all.

Only the pikers, the people in what remains of the US middle class, need to worry much about IRS audits. Richer people have lots and lots of plausible deniability, and usually explicit exclusions, built right into the code -- and beyond reach of an 'audit'.
