What you are doing is what is the best thing ya can do. If yer throat is still raw get some zinz SPRAY for the throat but, otherwise just keep taking ZINC supplements daily along with the rest of what you described. It will end I promise.

Today is my forst day of feeling normal.. Like, no feeling light headed or "off". That is over two full weeks from the onset..

The great news is that NOW my wife and I have antibodies for the future.

She was not as bad as I was either. For some reason she was about half as bad as me.. Did not have the terrible raw throat.. And the lingering cough that is finally going away also..


I did not take my ivermectin. I saved it for another day when something worse came along....

A couple of extra strength tylenol PLUS a couple Ibuprofen together will give ya some good relief..

Hang in there.. It will be over sooner than ya think... and now ya can join the ranks of those who have natural immunity...

Starting to feel a little better.

No burning or sore throat, no chest congestion or breathing problem,No fever. Only extremely tired and weak and headache. Thursday was terrible, weak dizzy felt like I was going to faint/pass out when I stood up. Didn’t take the Paxlovid scrip that I got.

My wife tested positive yesterday. She’s not as bad as I was. Just weak and tired.

We’re both taking Ivermectin, zinc,vitamin C, vitamin D, Quercetin. Drinking a lot of electrolytes.

It really a shame that ya can’t get from the medical industry any clear concise info on treating Covid. Nothing to give ya a description of the levels of the disease. Mild or severe or duration or what you should expect.
