Yeah. We should just continue "making a list and checking it twice". They WANT an excuse of violence and they want Republicans to start it. We should not start it. And I think Christians should stick to Christian core values as long as they can.

However, I do feel there needs to be eventual cleanup and I worry about that. How can Americans clean up the filth without becoming filthy? Somehow, I think we need to learn to control our outrage and redirect it to rightful rule of law at the end. Although I think there we are going to need more of a moral compass than a literal rule of law, as most of the crimes being committed have a lot of plausible deniability via evidence destruction embedded in them.

These are the times that try one's soul, more than anything else.

Breitbart’s Charlie Spiering is a solid reporter and we have no reason to disbelieve what he’s saying. We tried finding video for this post, though, and sat through as much of C-SPAN’s coverage as we could before giving up. As we reported earlier, antiracism educator Tim Wise said that anyone advocating violence after the raid on Mar-a-Lago should be arrested, crushed, and ended, leaving their children as functional orphans. (He was kind of on a roll.) Spiering reports that Karine Jean-Pierre was asked about potential violence (January 6 2.0?) after former President Donald Trump’s home in Florida was raided, and the press secretary urged Americans to remain peaceful.
