O.k. I will tell you.. At least why I think its a bit of an over reach.
Becasue the alternative for any of the German soldiers who disobeyed an order was to be shot on the spot and tossed into an oven also... They had to obey orders even if they were repulsed by them because the alternative was for them to become one of the Jewish victims..
As for the very few "good" FBI people who are the rank and file mostly, it is not like they cannot walk away and get a good paying job elsewhere that is not being heavy handed against Americans for political reasons. Many could be management personnel because almost all of them have college degrees or are professionals.. They simply have NO moral compass. And they have to obey orders as well..
So, yes, they could willingly quit the agency but they really would need to line up another first that economically pays them as well and has great pension benefits.. Those jobs may not be so easy to find..
So, I believe its a personal decision but am not willing to condemn the ones who are trying to support their families to he best of their abilities.
They do not make the decisions. Like soldiers or Marines, they follow and obey orders..
Like others, I personally believe it is time to disband the FBI and get rid of them as well as the ATF... And reign in the IRS as well..
Just my opinion. Others may well vary....
