Well, hold on there, my friend ... every now and then, you can find juries like this in every state in the Union, unfortunately. Based on what I've read in the article in the past few minutes, it sure seems like an open and shut case against Zhukovskyy ... AND, it is quite perplexing as to why he was let off with probation a few weeks before for causing a crash (presumably no fatalities?) in Baytown, TX when drugs were in his possession. This guy was the epitome of the "Accident Waiting to Happen."

Right there is a prime reason I could never consider living in New Hampshire or Vermont. Aside from a few (De) there is not much sign of intelligent life in either place..
