No.
It is time for garland to be stuffed into a small cell and interrogated about anything and everything then fired with all loss of pensions and any 'licenses' he may have.

And if the turd really did violate any laws . . . Jail or Hanging.

Zim.

Donald Trump Has Only One Thing to Say to Merrick Garland After It Comes Out He ‘Personally Approved’ of FBI Raid

Former President Donald Trump has a blunt response for current Attorney General Merrick Garland after he confessed that he had ‘personally approved’ of the FBI’s raid on his Mar-A-Lago home

“I continue to ask, what happened to the 33 million pages of documents taken to Chicago by President Obama?” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “The Fake News Media refuses to talk about that. They want it CANCELED!”

The former president is referring to former President Barack Obama absconding with millions of records after leaving the White House with not so much as a peep in protest from the National Archives.

The New York Post’s James Bovard recently chronicled the numerous flagrant violations of the Public Records Act by the Obama administration, including now-president Joe Biden himself.

Obama White House lawyers repeatedly invoked the Presidential Records Act to “delay the release of thousands of pages of records from President Bill Clinton’s White House,” Politico reported. At the end of his presidency, Barack Obama trucked 30 million pages of his administration’s records to Chicago, promising to digitize them and eventually put them online — a move that outraged historians.

More than five years after Obama’s presidency ended, the National Archives webpage reveals that zero pages have been digitized and disclosed. People can file requests via the Freedom of Information Act (a law Obama helped wreck) to access Obama records, but responses from presidential libraries can be delayed for years, even more than a decade, if the information is classified.

Similarly, President Joe Biden double-crossed Americans on disclosing records from his 36-year Senate career. In 2011, Biden donated 1,875 boxes of documents from his Senate days to the University of Delaware, which received federal subsidies to curate the collection while it was locked up. Biden and the university library promised to unseal the records “two years after Biden retires from public office.” But the library announced just before Biden launched his presidential campaign that secrecy would continue until two years after Biden “retires from public life.”
On Thursday, Attorney General Merrick Garland admitted he ‘personally approved’ of the FBI’s raid of Donald Trump’s home in Mar-A-Lago after nearly a week of media denials.

“There are however, certain points I want you to know,” Garland said. “First, I personally approve the decision to seek a search warrant. In this matter second, the department does not take such a decision lightly.”

Garland refused to take questions after the press briefing.

Newsweek in an exclusive falsely reported that AG Garland was not asked to approve the raid on Mar-a-Lago.

“The senior Justice Department source says that Garland was regularly briefed on the Records Act investigation, and that he knew about the grand jury and what material federal prosecutors were seeking,’ Newsweek claimed. “He insists, though, that Garland had no prior knowledge of the date and time of the specific raid, nor was he asked to approve it.”

“I know it’s hard for people to believe,” says the official, “but this was a matter for the U.S. Attorney and the FBI.”

This all turned out to be a media lie. The Attorney General not only knew about it, he signed off on the “Code Orange.”

Even worse, the New York Times attempted to paint Merrick Garland as a victim, portraying him as unfairly targeted for criticism by the former president.

“The Justice Department would not acknowledge the execution of a search warrant at Mr. Trump’s home on Monday, nor would Mr. Garland’s aides confirm his involvement in the decision or even whether he knew about the search before it was conducted,” the Times reported. “They declined to comment on every fact brought to their attention. Mr. Garland’s schedule this week is devoid of any public events where he could be questioned by reporters.”

If Merrick Garland is the ‘fall guy’ for the FBI’s raid it would mean that an official who was denied a Supreme Court Justice seat by the incoming Trump presidency has effectively carried out political revenge by abusing the Office of the Attorney General.

It is time for Attorney General Merrick Garland to resign.
