President Joe Biden just signed into law the Democrats’ “climate, health, and tax” bill that used to be called the Inflation Reduction Act until the media and Democrats stopped calling it that all of a sudden. That means the IRS has $80 billion headed its way to help hire 87,000 new IRS agents. Relevant:
Sen. Marsha Blackburn (@MarshaBlackburn) ~ The Democrats just voted to make the IRS larger than the Pentagon, State Department, FBI, and Border Patrol combined.
A couple of weeks ago, the IRS posted an interesting job listing for special agents in their Criminal Investigation branch. Applicants would be required to carry a firearm and use deadly force if necessary. That listing quickly disappeared, but Rep. Thomas Massie has posted photos of an actual IRS recruiting program, and these trainees look like they’re ready to kill on command.
Thomas Massie (@RepThomasMassie) ~ These are not auditions for the next "Police Academy" sequel. This is an actual IRS recruiting program:
It should be scenes from a Hollywood comedy ... 'cuz this is absolute buffoonery! They want to give badges and firearms to these morons?!
JimmyThomist (@JimmyThomist) ~ Here's a fun game: How many safety and basic technique violations are there in this photo?
Mike Bouley (@mikey_bouley) ~ This is known as the “venti mocha-cappuccino” grip.
Hecate's Crossroad #QVArmy (@HecateCrossroad) ~ As a certified range safety officer the violations in every one of those pictures make me ill.
They need to conduct these training sessions with working firearms and live ammunition. That way, the recruits who can't make the grade ... based on these photos, that's probably 99% of these dweebs ... can simply exit the building in body bags, which would be a win/win for the American public.
Just a Lightbulb Being Called to the Gallows (@ExConDX) ~ Look at those smiles ... so ... so beautiful. Nothing brings a country together like a fed shooting someone in the back.
Yeah, just what you need ... an IRS CID field agent in a f*cking WHEEL CHAIR! Boy, betcha he'll be good at runnin' down the bad guys and coverin' your back in a firefight, RIGHT?! WTF???!!! ROTFLMAO!
Cpt. Walker (@twofourtwo242) ~ They all look so happy to think of the righteous vengeance they can rain down on the little old lady next door with her Etsy account.
Кола (@KyleSh0rt) ~ Looks like they won't be sending their best.
DMichael (@dms429) ~ We’ve repeatedly been told assaulting an officer does even not justify deadly force in most cases, so exactly what justifies deadly force from the IRS?
Damien Voncross (@DVoncross) ~ {Replying to @dms429} Not reporting purchases online or selling products without paying the sales tax?
Mike R (@I_am_Mutated) ~ {Replying to @dms429} When you deposit too many birthday checks at once?
Drew Bautch (@drew_bautch) ~ Well looks like we’re all cheating on our taxes next year.
A L E X ︻デ═一 (@Alex_zedra) ~ LOL! I ain’t worried about shit with grips like that.
Hans Gruber (@HansGruberhans) ~ I like my odds.
Buck (@PunishedKingM) ~ My confidence in evading taxes has gone up drastically.
We need some more context for these photos, because the whole thing just looks ridiculous.
GOOD GRIEF, MAN! It's the IRS ... of course it's ridiculous!
