I don’t know what we’re going to do. In sept we’re heading by car up to New England to visit friends & family. Then going to Tennessee to check out cabins on lakes.
I really like Florida except its so darn hot here in the summer. This is the first year we stayed here all summer. Usually we head north for the summer. It’s almost to hot to go outside. Everyone stays inside in the AC.
Selling the boat to get our money out of it. They are selling real high right now. It’s time to take our money. We bought it eight years ago. We bought low. We can sell very high now. We have about $380k equity in it. Time to get out before things go to all hell. As interest rates go up,boat sales/prices go down. I always though we’d keep it forever. Never sell it, but things change.
