Re: “This will be huge, huge, huge if someone cannot explain what they found!”
Long ago, I read a theory that has always stayed with me. It posited that inflation, which lasted for between a thousandth and a ten thousandth of a second, may have ended locally but continued elsewhere in the universe. It may have never ended and could be going on to this day, jumping from place to place. This would result in a far, far larger, and much more oddly shaped universe than what we've been taught. I think it could also mean that some of the further galaxies are moving at tremendously different speeds and in different directions than anyone expects.

I think it's an interesting idea. Remember: The farthest galaxies being spotted aren't necessarily the end of the universe. They're just the most distant ones we can see. The universe may continue beyond that virtual limit and be full of galaxies.

Gold is $1,581/oz today. When it hits $2,000, it will be up 26.5%. Let's see how long that takes. - De 3/11/2013 - ANSWER: 7 Years, 5 Months
