Kinda doubt it would cure this problem ... because there are a lot of stupid people out there AND the universities are quite adept at selling this snake oil ... but, maybe turning it back over to the banks that demand collateral would cause some of these kids to quit going for absolutely worthless degrees, like gender studies, racial studies, and other social-oriented boondoggles.
