Totally agree. I am NOT a Republican; Bush/Cheney+ McInsane+ Romney beat that out of me. The left-rght two step is what got us here and left-right are two faces of the same, exact coin IMO. So, that said, I am not a "conservative" either

I am a conservative-liberal: I believe in practicing conservation of money, resources, nature, and US Constitutional government. Likewise, I am very, very, very much in favor of PERSONAL liberty FROM government! Government and Liberty are OPPOSITES, beyond core security and STRICT contract enforcement (both of which are considered quaint these Fascist days). I am independent, and intend to stay that way, at least as long as truly independent voters control the outcome of most elections.

I've pretty much stopped donating money to Republican candidates as well, and certainly I don't donate to the Republican "party".

Don't know about everyone else, but I am getting more than a little weary of hearing and readin the phrase MAGA republican.

I am not a MAGA republican..

I am a Constitutional conservative person who finds that on occasion Repugnicans are somewhat more "conservative" that demonrats. There are SOME Repugnicans who actually are conservatives and stand up for the Constitution and call bad things out when they appear or happen..

There are few congress critters who actually stand up straight and steady as conservatives and usually only when watched more closely by their constituency that votes..

Its a shame ya has to hold a gun to their heads for them to do what they claim they are...

I am not a maga person.. I have always been a normal everyday American who loves his country enough to fight for her, give my own life for her, and hopefully live peacefully the remainder of my years under my Flag which stands for Freedom.

There is nothing special about me. I am like millions of others who are just the same.. I do not believe I need to be an over the top cheerleading voter egging on egos like Trump's or anyone else's.

I got a phone call on my cell phone last Friday morning from Senator Tim Scott of South Carolina's campaign staff begging me for money for their campaign..

I told the person I am an Ohioan, not a Gamecock..

Send something in writing to my home address and myu wife and I will talk about it and decide if we want to do that or not.. I like Tim Scott personally. I don;t know wht they have to beg people in Ohio for contributions much less know how they got my cell phone number.

That said, being one who loves their country and wants to see it resemble somewhat what it once stood for is not a slogan or game with many of us.. I do not like the phrase MAGA or what it is becoming associated with...

I'm just a concervative law abiding citizen who loves their country, will defend her if called to, andotherwise just wants to be left alone and not identified or stamped as MAGA anything.. That crap is for children..

As I said, I think many others here are kinda the same way... Forgive me if I am incorrect please..
