This is the stupidity of leftists on display. They burn their bridges - and others' too - without having thought things through. Critical infrastructure they shut down or ban without a moment's thought can take years or decades to put back up.

California gives us another example. Its ban on combustion engine vehicles when it CLEARLY doesn't have nearly enough electricity to meet existing annual needs is the height of stupidity.
