Them Longhorns are giving Bama the sharp point of the horn so far. Tghis is a good, hard fought gaqme and Texas is better than I thought... My apologies to Beldin for doubting..

Don;t know how this will turn out but so far its a tight game..

Meanwhile up NORTH in God's Country,

The Buckeyes got their tails chewed at HaLFTIME BY cOACH dAY AND CAME OUT AND WASTED NO TIME PUTTING UP A TOUCHDOWN on that powerhouse team, Arkansas State..

Hopefiully they will get some good game practice in this afternoon and get that high powered offense in gear..

They will need it the rest of the season.

Later on Georgia will be challeged by Samford in a thriller for sure..

Ribs, does ya have any insider info like maybe Georgia's cheerleaders will play this team and still win or maybe the water boys?

That's just a little embarrassing for a national power to schedule the weakest of the little sisters of the poor on their schedule ....

Like the Buckeyes playing Arkansas State..

At least the opened against Notre Dame. Did Bama or Georgia play anyone tough on openng day? I cannot remember...

Oh well. Just glad to have something fun to watch and bring back all those memories of getting up the next morning and feeling two trucks ran over my body last night from the pounding during the games..

I am not big enough to play in college and I would not have wanted to even if I was.. My country was calling anyway.. So I went..
Never regretted it either..

Thanks for your service Ribs.. Ya is my big bruddah !!!

My best to everybody this fine day
