Golly. Poor chap. I hope it was just that he panicked when he talked because if that was how his brain worked, good grief.

He makes Dubya sound like a scholar.

I do remember the potatoe thing. I felt sorry for him over that one because a lot of people spell it wrong with the e on the end. And I know there are words I often misspell.
