No problem with moderating tax costs when it can reasonably be done (eg when there's a persistent budget surplus). But trickle down and Laffer curve arguments? Gadzooks! Not again.
We know what happens when you decide not to pay your bills. No surprise. You end up indebted and encumbered by higher rates of interest. I was fine with energy subsidies. But I'm not impressed by this massive tax cut.
